THE “For Sale” sign will be posted on the Annandale Hotel tomorrow with the owners hoping to find investors to keep their live music dream alive.
Cheers to Kathy McCabe for an impossibly awful headline. Next time maybe go with “Fuck This, I’m Selling The Annandale”?
Sydney venues, hey? Fingers crossed this whole thing works out, because heaven knows that they’re dropping like flies at the moment (see also: The Excelsior, Raval, The Forum). And since we lost The Hopetoun, The Annandale has arguably been the most iconic Sydney rock venue.
